Austin Industries

This campus is composed of 21 acres and five existing buildings.  The existing buildings and site were in very poor condition.  The use of the site is to store construction materials, furnishings, safety devices, and other construction related components.  The site also will store the company’s construction machinery from earth movers to semi-tractors and trailers.

• Building A houses 3500 sf of dispatch and supply offices along with a 16,000 sf open air covered storage bay
• Building B houses the companies furnishings used for temporary offices and is 6,000 sf.
• Building C is 7,300 sf and houses the maintenance and repair department with 8 service bays.
• Building D is an 28,500 sf covered open air storage facility for concrete formwork supplies.
• Building E is a 2400 sf storage facility for heavy objects complete with a 10 ton overhead crane rail.

The architecture is a mixture of stone, stucco, and metal as an upgrade to the local older industrial area that needed new and fresh development.  The site was overly landscaped and new decorative fencing enhances the street view as well as create security.
