This facility is the worldwide headquarters for a Biotech company that creates and produces organic soil inoculants. The new 35,000 sf facility houses a production facility where the microorganisms are grown, a state of the art laboratory where the research, development and processes are created. The building also houses a learning center or Institute, to train farmers, ranchers, grounds keepers, and other users to utilize the products efficiently and better understand the soil life cycle. 

The building is located in a rural ranch and farming site of 100 acres. The architecture is harmonious with the local area by using metals, stone, and wood. The building is designed to utilize solar and wind power as well as rainwater harvesting.
