This railway expansion included 4 new buildings to house the Crew, Gate, Maintenance, and Roadability offices and service bays for CSX. The buildings utilized steel structures and were clad in brick and limestone, with a metal roof. Two of the buildings are LEED certified and utilize photovoltaic roof panels and solar water heating systems to increase the operational efficiency of this railway terminal.
