This facility is like a new Cadillac on a used Yugo car lot. The city wanted to redevelop this high traffic site while also raising the bar on design up-a lot. The site had two old structures on it and even older neighbors on each side. The city would not relent on the design, finishes, and landscape. The resulting design accomplished their goal and provided the new owner a glowing building to find success. The exterior is composed of red brick and hill country stone, architectural concrete units, exposed galvanized structure and metallic silver metal trims. The Car wash utilizes Sonny’s, Vacutech, and DRB equipment. It has a 140 foot conveyor, 20 free vacuum stations and 2 auto-cashiers.
