This client is a multi-state operator with over 30 car wash facilities. They were planning a new roll out of multiple prototype with a fresher and higher quality image. This project was the first build of this new prototype and is composed of brick, porcelain tile, architectural concrete unit, and stucco exterior finishes. The building is accented with deep red and silver metal canopies and awnings. The tunnel interior is lined with pvc panels to keep a clean image while easing maintenance. The natural daylight in the facility is striking and allows the customer to enjoy the process. The project is lit with LEDs, both inside and out which reduces operating cost and maintenance. This facility utilizes Sonny’s, Vacutech, and DRB equipment.
