This client was a car dealer with Kia, Nissan, and Mini dealerships on one site.  The dealerships needed the ability to wash cars more efficiently for its customers and also provide incentives.  We located this car wash between two of the dealerships where it could be easily used by the neighborhood off the very busy Santa Rosa boulevard.  Being a tight site, we provided a 120 foot tunnel and 12 free vacuum spaces with 2 auto cashiers.  The mild climate allowed us to create a glass tunnel with an exterior steel structure or “exoskeleton”.  The tunnel is partially open to allow water vapor to dissipate quickly.  The car wash uses Belanger, Vacutech, and DRB equipment.
