Project Overview

Bunker Hill Retail reimagines what a retail development can be. APDG transformed a highly constrained, triangular site into a distinctive, Class A commercial destination. Faced with significant grade change and restrictive city requirements, the project demanded a creative approach that balanced buildability, tenant flexibility, and visual impact. APDG developed a modern, non-typical retail concept that adapts to the site while delivering a compelling experience for both tenants and customers.

Design Approach

Rather than forcing a conventional solution onto an unconventional site, APDG embraced the constraints as design drivers.
